Playing online from New Brunswick

The province states that ALC.ca is the only legal and regulated online gambling platform in New Brunswick. Atlantic Lottery requires players to be 19+ to purchase, play or redeem its products, ALC.ca included.

Atlantic Lottery also says other gambling sites cannot legally operate or advertise in Atlantic Canada under Canadian and provincial law. It adds that claims of being licensed and regulated overseas do not change this.

This guide's home page carries paid links, marked Ad. They lead to a private online casino site that is not ALC.ca and is not run or licensed by the province. The site earns a commission on those links, and the partner can change. Inner pages carry no paid links.
